Back in Action
For all you OU fans that have been feeming for more OU related posts, here's one for you. It looks like AD is going to be back and ready to play in the Fiesta Bowl. There has been some mixed feelings on his absence. Obviously the Sooners have done an excellent job of picking up the slack with guys like Allen Patrick and Chris Brown showing some great prowess. One of the things that has been mentioned is that we are better off without him because that spreads the opponent's defense out to fend off more than one target. This is certainly true the way we were playing before he got hurt. I would hope that with him coming back, we will take advantage of the strong options available and spread the offense out a lot more. That should keep Boise State guessing. Imagine having three or more solid running backs you can go to on any given play. How powerful is that rushing game going to be? Oh, let's not forget, Paul Thompson can throw the ball a little too. I don't envy the Broncos but I won't underestimate them either. I think it will be a great game and I look forward to actually being able to watch it while it happens for once. Yeah! I am actually off work that day so I will be able to see it. Go Sooners!
