Where 'Check Please' is your call
PETA OWENS-LISTON writes the following in this article:
At a new breed of "Robin Hood" restaurants, diners pay what they can afford -- and what they think the meal is worth. This is an interesting concept and for some it seems to actually work, defying all common sense to the contrary. Apparently enough well to do customers like the idea of it and make up the difference for those who can't afford as much. I'm not sure how far they can go with this, but I applaud their efforts. If they are making good food that tastes good that is always a solid foundation. I especially like that they make it fresh from fresh ingredients, that has got to add a lot to the flavor. Thoughts?
