All google all the time

I haven't gone quite as all in as Mr. Wilson describes here, but I do find myself using many Google owned products, like Blogger(obviously) and Picasa, Google Earth(occasionally), and of course Gmail. I'm sure there are others I'm not thinking. What do you make of this trend? Is it a happy confluence of useful tools we can all appreciate or a concerted effort to control your every move?
