Cisco sues Apple over iPhone name

Interesting. I had forgotten about this but obviously Cisco was paying attention. Apple seems to think they will be able to get away with it since they are marketing a different type of product with the same name. I don't think that would hold much water, but I'm not a trademark lawyer, so I will leave it to them. It would be pretty funny if Apple had to change the name to something else after their big announcement. I wonder what else they would call it? The 'ICall'? Maybe I should trademark that one real quick.
